Hello everyone, recently I ordered a fake yonex nanospeed 9000 racquet from eBay. I'm now trying to get a refund, but in an email, the seller pointed out that my eBay rating was only 13 whilst his was much higher.
Will this affect my chances of getting a refund? :(

it shouldn't really, if you can prove what you say is true. but then, if he denies your claim, and no one else has given him poor feedback on what he's sold before, then it's his word against yours, or shall i say, his feedback against yours.

All lies. EBay feedback rating has nothing to do with getting a refund. If the seller sold you a fake racket, you are entitled to get your money back assuming you were mislead.
