It might not be a good pair. They are of the same type. Eng Hian, much as Sigit, is playmaker. So is Tony Gunawan, or Park Joo Bong or King Dong Moon. Each needs to be paired with an attacker which can be found in Candra Wijaya or Rexy Mainaky. That's why we see that the pair Candra/Halim didn't work, they have the same character.

Candra once said that he is not as talented as Sigit or Eng Hian. I think he refers to this character as playmaker. I think both Sigit and Eng Hian are actually more gifted than Tony Gunawan, but mentality factors were significant in Tony's achievement. I conclude that Chandra & Tony are more motivated and confident, which keep them in a consistence level .

Kim Dong Moon can hit powerful smashes consistently (like Candra) if he needs to.
