Here are some pics to share with you all which I took in this tournament. It's a shame that I didn't take as much as I want although I am in good position to do so as a line judge. Anyway, I truely enjoyed it and hope you guys too.

It's nice to meet Alvin, Jason, Yannie and Jason_tiger, but we miss lots of you in the list. We just know you all are somewhere in the arena. Haha..........

Some pics I took with my crappy 3MP digicam, max 3x zoom. The first few I took from the upper level of block 10, the ones closer up was when I switch seats with my friend in block 3, 3rd row. Had a great time, esp MD KKK-TBH vs JE-ML, sitting next to a big block of M'sian supporters and shouting our hearts out made for great atmosphere!

Had to travel down to brummie early on sat morning, hence didn't know meeting times were changed! Oh well, maybe next year!

hahaha, i know what you mean .... i was at the AE in 2003 when Hafiz won, but it's hard to know when to just watch the match and when to take pictures.

watching on videos is nice, but nothing beats being in the NIA, especially when you're part of the the cheering committee ...

When I was there on Sunday we were told that you weren't allowed to take photos and that if you were caught taking them you might be thrown out! :(

We didn't want to take the risk. It made me very sad.

LOL. Candra, Tony went to the same place as us. All Indonesians went to Chinatown that day. Luluk, Nova... as well. And Rian :D Hihihihi.

Yeah.....so many players were there. I saw the Indonesian team again on Sunday morning. On Saturday morning, CTF was there too. Guess who's with him? His gf was there. My friend had a photo with them.

I had dinner with Cai Yun, Fu Haifeng, Xu Chen, Guo Zhendong, He Hanbin, Lu Lan and Wang Lin.. Wah! All so drunk.. went back to rest.

But Indonesians (Tony, Candra etc) and Malaysian coaches went to Casino. Bumped into Malaysian players on the way out of Jury's Inn, and they dragged me to Casino as well. FAINT. Koo Kien Keat, Tan Boon heong, Ong Soon Hock, Tan Bin Shen, Gan Teik Chai, Lee Chong Wei, Hoon Thien How, Chan Chong Ming etc where there.

Just take secretly without flash and you should be alright. I think AE is the strictest in all tournaments, even no flash photography is disallow.

OMG just now they have won in Swiss Open first round. He really has a problem with shirt now.. Must go back to the hotel faster to wash shirt.. Let it dry until tomorrow morning. Hahahaha. I feel happy and sorry for this match. Happy cuz they won, sad cuz of the shirt thing.. Yannie so crazy. Faint.
