Either they are arrogant or incompetent. ronk 04-10-2007, 08:59 PM I've sent numerous enquries to BWF regarding ticket sale, they never respond. Either they are arrogant or incompetent. My guess is cluelessly incompetent. willie 04-14-2007, 09:08 PM OK, Dr WHO, can you prescribe BWF viagra? 3 times a day, one dose each, no more no less. Best when taken with ......... Jenny 04-24-2007, 09:01 PM Hi, I also want to know where can I get the ticket. Bukit Jalil is so near to my house. And I have try to email to the BWF, but still not yet receive any reply. Putra Stadium is definetely bigger than Cheras Stadium ler. I hope I can watch the final this time. liying_0505 04-25-2007, 06:23 AM may i know what is the capacity seat of Bukit Jalil? will it more than Cheras Badminton Court? definately more than KLBA......... animezone 05-31-2007, 09:12 AM BWF website had place an order form for world championship 2007, anyone know how to use this form to order ticket? any contact no.? jassielim 06-13-2007, 04:11 AM i received call from Badminton association of Malaysia that we can start to book the ticket alr. here is the phone no you can call to book the ticket. +603-78874428 Mat Jie 06-17-2007, 11:12 PM for more info on how to get/buy tickets for the world championship please go to this website http://www.ticketpro.com.my/akce/detail/24 or this website http://www.protonwbc07.com/ taneepak 06-18-2007, 01:36 AM Very confusing, who are the authorised agents? Are there one, two or more agents who are authorised by the BWF to sell tickets? Why is there a service charge for early online booking? Until I see something in writing from the BWF listing names of authorised agents, I am a little cautious right now. ants 06-18-2007, 05:11 AM My advice is to follow the instruction from the Website. :) Even though i can get my hands on the tickets, i don't dare to claim myself as an agent. Which i'm not. nwy5633 06-18-2007, 07:44 AM i juz wan to ask.. if i book the ticket now, can i choose the seats tat i want?? nwy5633 06-18-2007, 07:49 AM one more.. is there any counter tat sell the tickets open yet? i think i dunwan to book by tel. or email... CYW2006 06-19-2007, 04:26 AM i was really confused.... as the proton-bwf website stated that ticketpro is the agent for selling this WC tournament ticket... but is it the only one agent who was seeling this ticket or there is more another agents....?? does anyone who get their ticket for other sources(beside ticket pro / J&A agent) can someone tell me which agent would i go for ??? thanks.... taneepak 06-19-2007, 05:09 AM Dear, At this moment, there is no counter open for sales. The best way is through booking if you wanna to good seat. If not, i afraid ticket will be sold out when counter is open. Should you need any enquiries, please contact us at 03-79819199 or email to dutadis@gamial.com. Thanks. Are you an authorised agent or just a free agent? ksooi 06-19-2007, 05:18 AM as far as i can see, ticketpro looks like the authorised agent....but they dont seem to have an online bookin system....only an order form for offline booking...realy poor organisation again :( shyeling 06-19-2007, 05:48 AM this is the ordering form http://www.protonwbc07.com/download/World_Championships_Order_Form_2007.doc For ticketing please contact: Ticketpro Malaysia Sdn Bhd D-2-03A, Dataran Glomac, Jalan SS6/20A, Kelana Jaya 47301 Petaling Jaya MALAYSIA Ticket Hotline No: +603 7880 4428 Fax No: +603 7880 4478 Email: ticket@ticketpro.com.my (ticket@ticketpro.com.my) shyeling 06-19-2007, 05:49 AM as far as i can see, ticketpro looks like the authorised agent....but they dont seem to have an online bookin system....only an order form for offline booking...realy poor organisation again :( may b after u fill in the form then u can email to them...:) Cheung 06-19-2007, 09:56 AM Dear Mat Jie, Duta was appointed as ticketing agent for Badminton World Championship. For your information, you can also order your ticket through us at dutadis@gmail.com or contact us at 03-79819199Unfortunately, both those contact methods of ordering tickets are not listed through the official website. Also, you did mention another email address on earlier messages. Myself and others are wondering the validity of your statements. Only a few months ago, there were reports of the Football's European cup final being riddled with fake tickets being sold to fans. That's the reason for the concern. CYW2006 06-19-2007, 11:02 AM me too... as the history of that... i have my decision that i would go to ticketpro to purchase my tickets.. fastdrop 06-19-2007, 05:19 PM Just like everybody else, I'm also confused if I can really buy the tickets online. I think we have to make a call or send the order form by fax with all the details of your credit card. I like the way Singapore Aviva open handled ticket orders online. The same with Sudirman Cup tickets. Please advise us what to do so we can book early. Calling for our Malaysian members to help us. Thanks:) Does anyone know how to get the tickets for the China Open in Chengdu? The website is in Chinese. fastdrop 06-19-2007, 05:27 PM I think everybody is so confuse how to get their tickets. They should follow the procedure during the Singapore Aviva open. Booking tickets online was so easy and you can just pickup the tickets at the venue. Maybe they should adopt the same procedure. szean56 06-20-2007, 05:57 AM is there anyone bought ticket through dutadis ? nwy5633 06-20-2007, 07:00 AM i think booking like this is too risky.. u need to giv all ur detail + credit card no. if anyone tat get these info is not a gud person, ur credit card charges in the next month maybe will be RM1000 ++ too dangerous to book this way.. can i book the ticket 1st, then pay when i collect it? ronk 06-20-2007, 07:10 AM A friend of mine booked a season ticket for me through Ticketpro. Her credit card was charged and the credit card company called to check. Apparently, the season ticket price has dropped by MYR 54 or so (for the best seat). There is only 1 Quarter Final Session instead of 2 as originally listed in the earlier order form. So the Season ticket for the best seating is MYR 376 if I remember correctly. The new order form is up on the web. It would be nice if the seats numbers can be reserved online. I believe that for the World Badminton in the US 2 years ago, one could pick one's seat on a first come first serve basis. I was thinking of going but decided not to as I did not want to go to the West coast -- too lazy. Hopefully, I will get the seat I requested which is first row (just behind the players) and right in the middle. Is there anyway for Bfers to identify themselves? ATBL did have an idea but there was some problem a while back. Any ideas anyone? ronk 06-20-2007, 07:19 AM is there anyone bought ticket through dutadis ? I would not suggest buying from dutadis. The information from Dutadis is not the same as that provided by Ticketpro. Ticketpro is linked to the official web site and partially through the IBF website (stupid old out of date order form with no address???) and is legitimate. Also, Ticketpro has ready staff on call to handle questions. CYW2006 06-20-2007, 01:53 PM yup...agree with u ... angelatby 06-23-2007, 09:24 AM this is the ordering form http://www.protonwbc07.com/download/World_Championships_Order_Form_2007.doc For ticketing please contact: Ticketpro Malaysia Sdn Bhd D-2-03A, Dataran Glomac, Jalan SS6/20A, Kelana Jaya 47301 Petaling Jaya MALAYSIA Ticket Hotline No: +603 7880 4428 Fax No: +603 7880 4478 Email: ticket@ticketpro.com.my (ticket@ticketpro.com.my) This is certified to be the correct information from newspaper today. Please do not simply take order from unknown sources. However, there appears to be agent which doing tickets selling too, just like during Malaysia Open & Proton Open, which not to sure about it, usually we walk in to get the tickets. The only thing is, they only stated the time for game to start, but no estimate time for the game end.. So, is quite hard to plan out the time, any suggestions ? ? (since im not able to watch fully per day for ALL MATCHES) fastdrop 06-23-2007, 01:32 PM Thank you very much Angelatby. I was finally able to book my e-tickets online. However, I noticed that you really cannot choose the seats, whatever comes out of the computer you have to accept it. Anyways, you really made me very happy. Thanks again and hope to see you there. Ciao!:) ronk 06-23-2007, 03:23 PM I looked at the website for the tickets. They now have a ticket order page. But one has to log in to get into the site. I wonder why. The site has poor human factors design. A friend ordered for me and got the guys to promise to get me good seats so I cannot order another season ticket. If they are organized, I should have the seats allocated and set. Season tickets get better seats supposedly. So Angelatby, are you going to the World Championship? You signed up and then withdrew your name from the form. fastdrop 06-23-2007, 03:46 PM Hi Ronk, I have experienced the same thing in booking tickets online. Maybe it is just a matter of procedure. Are you going to watch the World championship? I am scheduled to go to Chengdu to watch the China Open 1. But up to now I don't know where and how to buy the season ticket if they have. I emailed the organizers but they referred me to their website. I clicked the "Tickets" column but to no avail. I have paid both my air ticket and hotel accommodation, but still no ticket for the event.:D taufik-ist 06-24-2007, 04:37 AM is there any a tour and travel package for WC 2007 ? ronk 06-24-2007, 08:36 PM Hi Ronk, I have experienced the same thing in booking tickets online. We have bunch of Malaysian in this forum and most of them are friendly in nature, (despite the facts that they may argue in forum:D). You can ask them to take you around off hour to some nearby places like KLCC, some tourist spot and most importantly to some delicious local cuisine. All English speaking, Malay-Indon speaking, Tamil speaking and Chinese speaking people will get no problem travel around KL. You just need to find someone to ask. Female becareful with walking around in flashy handbag and in dark alley. It is still consider safe but with some occasional snatch cases, just don't be the unlucky one. ignatio103 07-31-2007, 10:29 PM funny system..tries to purchase tickets on 17/08 n 18/08 but the basket allows1 purchase on single day with delivery rm10 fee.
