Korea Team Shirt

Hi, does anybody know where I would be able to find the Korean Team shirt? (sorry if this thread is in the wrong place). Possibly in Canada, though I doubt they are sold here. But if not, where else? Thanks.

I am looking for either one really, however I am more interested in the one Kim Dong Moon was wearing at 2004 Athens games.

So you're looking for one with the word "Korea" on it, or just a Yonex 1473 (http://www.yonexmall.com/front/php/image_zoom.php?product_no=207&main_cate_no=104&display_group=1)? I couldn't help you for sources in Canada but the Yonex Mall site in Korea still claims to have it for 43,000won. (~C$52)

Well, if it has Korea on it, that's a plus, however just the shirt without any of the stuff on it would be fine as well. I'm just looking for any of the Korea team shirts really. But what about the red one from the 2003 WC? Is that still around?

Not really. There were plenty of Korea vs. Korea matches so they had to have some variety. But beyond that, they were sporting a lot of new Yonex lines so there was some red (http://www.koreabadminton.org/data_photo/1801_photo.jpg), more red (http://www.koreabadminton.org/data_photo/1816_photo.jpg), blue (http://www.koreabadminton.org/data_photo/1800_photo.jpg), more blue (http://www.koreabadminton.org/data_photo/1819_photo.jpg), white (http://www.koreabadminton.org/data_photo/1808_photo.jpg), more white (http://www.koreabadminton.org/data_photo/1825_photo.jpg), black (http://www.koreabadminton.org/data_photo/1812_photo.jpg), more black (http://www.koreabadminton.org/data_photo/1817_photo.jpg), and some of them even wore the old blue and black (http://www.koreabadminton.org/data_photo/1806_photo.jpg) national team uniforms. The one I liked the best was the orange worn by national champions Jung Youn-kyung and Hong Soo-jung:

do you know where to order these shirts? would BBE shop have these new models? I especially like the the first red one that you put up, the one with the white left shoulder and the korean across the chest. Is it possible to get it with that writing, or is that a sponsor, the shirts like those are only for the players?

I don't know really. I guess you can check the yonexmall site (http://www.yonexmall.com/front/php/category.php?page=2&offset=32&&cate_no=100&sort_method=#normal_list) for the pictures with the numbers and take that to the BBE shop page above to try to find it. The read one seems to be a 1230 RD. On the Korean Yonex mall site, it seems to indicate that this is an import to Korea. That likely means from the Japanese market and it likely explains the whopping 70,000won price tag.

I would guess that all of these would come out of shuttlehouse. If you do a search on that site on this forum, you will likely find more information about whether people have had any luck with overseas orders from them.

It might be possible to try ordering some of these from this site:

It is in English and purports to be set up to ship internationally. To get Yonex stuff, you'd need to enter the actual model number first and then when it tells you there are no search results, try the "Including item(s) from Korean Site" button.

I've heard that it doesn't actually work. I can't use it because there are no domestic payment options available but it may work from overseas or they may be willing to make it work if there is some demand.

thanks event. I tried those that site, with no luck. I'm going to keep searching though. I may be going back to vietnam in the summer, so I will probably stop by japan and korea as well. I'll try and search once I'm there as well.
