They both use AT700, Lin Dan uses the old version whereas Peter Gade uses the new version. NS8K for LCW, AT700 for TH, NS9K for many other players. You could do a search on these forums, there are many threads on this topic

Locally it was the AT800-OF, now it's the NS9000-S.

Professionally, probably the NS9000-S as well.

What weight class of those do they use? I notice that Yonex outlets don't normally carry 5U. I always see 4U and 3Us only. The only time I see 5U is for the nanospeed 6k. It's so damn light. Do they use those ones or does the pros prefer something heavier like the 4Us or 5Us?

Well, I'm sure it's not just for power. It probably isn't that heavy to them, since they've build up strength and stamina, so they don't tire out as quickly. It's also for durability. I doubt a 5U would last very long for them..

theres no 5U yonex racquets. they never made one ever.
the lightest racquets they had were the SA versions of the Swing Power series.

the NS 6000 was only made in 3U weight class.
handle size however, they have G3-G6...

and most widely used racquets fall between 2U and 3U...

Yonex's market strategy is to promote the newest line of models. In early 2000s', there were loads of pros using MP100 and MP99, with a few MP77 and MP88.

Ahh I see. I really want to try a nanospeed, never even held one, other than a 6k. I think even the 9ks would be too stiff though.

Many singles professionals seem to use the AT700. For doubles, it's probably the NS9000.
