Hi Guys, I recently had my Hyper Carbon 5.0 break in a strange place...

The part where the shaft connects to the "cone" and grip has snapped inside and so the angle shaft is bend at an angle compared to the grip... so totally buggered!

Would Wilson replace this do you think? As it is not due to being strung wrong or being hit but rather a racket defect??

Also I'm based in Scotland so should I try contact Wilson Europe or something to ask??

Many thanks!

(I'll post pics later!)

I'm sure so long as you have your original receipt, and send the product back in, within the warranty period; that they will inspect it, and send out a proper replacement...
