MOTHERS DAY TRIBUTE!
We would like to announce a
SPECIAL TRIBUTE for MOTHERS DAY from:
Friday, May 11th, to Sunday, May 13th!!
GGBC would like to extend an invitation to appreciate ALL MOMS to play for FREE :D on the dates above!! Please introduce your hard working Mom to this great sport if she doesn't already play! (Just make SURE she is the MOM OK? We certainly can't tell these days with some of the beautiful Moms that look like Sisters!)
In the meantime, we want to wish
all the GREAT MOMS a TRULY
HAPPY GG MOTHERS DAY!!!
SUMMERCAMP REMINDER...
Just a reminder that summercamp is now just around the corner! If you plan to register, please make sure you do it as soon as possible while there is still space! Summercamp calendar and registration form attached above. Please fax your registration form to 650 838 9229, hand in person at GGBC front desk, or post directly to GGBC address at 190 Constitution Drive, Menlo Park, 94025. HURRY!
CONGRATULATIONS TO BOSTON OPEN VICTORY!
We want to Congratulate Coach Chandra and Mona Santosa for their truly SWEET VICTORY in Mixed Doubles at the Boston Open 2007 just this past weekend! They managed to defeat two very formidable and respectable opponents, former world champions Halim Hariyanto and Angie De Pouw! We are proud!
Another Congratulations to Coach Chandra and our All Star team member, Daniel Gouw whom fought a long and hard 3 games, and WON a very difficult battle through the Men's Doubles Quarter Finals against very tough opponents, one of which is current Canadian number 1 player. Unfortunately, they suffered severe cramps during the Semi Finals, otherwise they would have a very prominent chance of entering the Finals battlefield against Halim Hariyanti and Bob Malaythong. They are not giving up and will work doubly hard for their championship goal in their next tournament! GGBC is very proud and commends them for their stellar performance!
