I'll answer to your question more precisely ^^
There was no players still playing under the ina flags but we have some players (as Ming said) like Weny Rahmawati playing for the french team now. She used to play for Surabaya, and her fiancee Arif Rasidi (1998 or 2000 bronze medallist in a World Junior championship) is also in french, he's a sparring partner for the french team.
The case of Vidre Wibowo is quite difficult, he plays for a club in france (french club 2006 and 2007 champion and 2006 european champion).
There was also, as yannie said, some ina players playing for spain =)
