However, because there are 11 more places and the offers are almost reaching those ranked 150, we will probably go back to the top of the rankings and in turn offer places (as long as not more than 4 pairs per country). Malaysia already has the maximum 4. Gunawan/Riyadi have a very strong chance. Kawamae/Kawaguchi could also get offered, followed by Boe/Nielsen/ Lindley/Nielsen etc.
