MAS (4)
Koo/Tan, Choong/Lee and Tan/Ong (although not reflected officially yet)
Zakry/Fairuz (wild card)

DEN (3)
Eriksen/Lundgaard, Paaske/Rasmussen, Mollyhus/Kristiansen

INA (2.5)
Tony/Candra, Kido/Setiawan, Luluk/Alven (not reflected officially yet)

CHN (2)
Fu/Cai, Guo/Xie

KOR (2)
Jung JS/Lee YD, Lee JJ/Hwang JM

JPN (2)
Ohtsuka/Masuda, Sakamoto/Ikeda

Other notable pairs
Clark/Blair (current silver-medalists), Njoto/Wiratama, Logosz/Mateusiak

Notable absentees
Eng Hian/Sukmawan - not entered
Riyadi/Gunawan - quota victim (but see note below)
Chan Chong Ming/Hoon Thien How

However, because there are 11 more places and the offers are almost reaching those ranked 150, we will probably go back to the top of the rankings and in turn offer places (as long as not more than 4 pairs per country). Malaysia already has the maximum 4. Gunawan/Riyadi have a very strong chance. Kawamae/Kawaguchi could also get offered, followed by Boe/Nielsen/ Lindley/Nielsen etc.

All the continental representatives qualified on merit, with African entry lowest.

11 more qualifiers needed to complete the draw.

I have a strong feeling Taiwanese players are not taking part.
