In fact, Eng might win after all.

Just gotten a point from MXD,

WD and MD seemed strong enough to secure them the win!

Signing off for the day now.
It looks like Malaysia young guns are giving a good account for themseleves. Can't wait till the ENG/THA match starts. All our Malaysia friends out there may scream their hearts out! Take care yourself, Angela!!!

Goodness, was RAINING EXTREMELY SUPER HEAVILY just now when watching Anita's match, suddenly the Thunder Strike, the whole SERVER down in the office, GOSH............ Another blink is Thai vs Eng already :confused::confused:

Krisna

sorry today you and me are opposite :D... i'm supporting thai. i want to see LCW vs Taufik :D

All singaporean like indonesia to win and eng to win..

Apparently I am in the camp of saugusli today... :p I have the opinion that an ENG win will ensure more enthusiasm of the Europeans and [hopefully] the Americans, Africans, and Australians... They need to see that badminton is not only a game for Asians and they have almost no shot... :p I was wishing for a 4-1 DEN win yesterday so that there are two Europeans in the semis. Well, it didn't happen... :p The Koreans were just too good.

**KZ**
06-14-2007, 08:29 AM
i guess malaysia's hopes lie on thai WD pair....gail and donna are strong though...so its 40% chance for malaysia now....thailand should win both singles since boonsak is too good for andrew and tracey is not at her best

I've never even heard of Marcel Reuter before.

Same here. I only know Bjoern as german men single. So, it is quite surprising that the german guy is actually leading Kendrick because I consider KL should be a good player since he managed to defeat CJ in the SO

MAS's chance are as good as nil now. THA would rather reserve their energy and fight it out with HKG for 7th placing... which they do have a realistic chance for victory and remain in Div.1.

Although Indonesia is a powerhouse in badminton, I think England has an equal chance to qualify to the final. However if Malaysia qualifies to the semis they might have lesser chance to beat Indonesia. So, maybe this time it will be a history for England for not only qualifying to the semis but also final :p
