I highly recommend this budget hotel located at the heart of KL. It's only a mere 10 minutes walk to the nearest LRT station (Hang Tuah) and it's located at Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, next to the major business, shopping and entertainment districts. Located within the city's Golden Triangle, it enjoys close proximity to business and commercial districts and shopping malls. I am currently installing the internet facility in all their rooms. When i talked to the operations manager about this upcoming event, this is what he has to offer.

Let me know if any of you are interested.

ROOM RATES:

RM145.00 nett per room per night (incld 2 breakfasts) for Superior Room
Add RM10 surcharge for weekends

RM165.00 nett per room per night (incld 2 breakfasts) for Deluxe Room
Add RM10 surcharge for weekends

If you are staying at Nova Hotel, board the train at Hang Tuah station and alight at Bukit Jalil station.

Cheap and reasonable but don't expect 5-star. I think it is 3 star.

I think it's about 1 hour ride from the KLIA to Nova Hotel(depends on time. if rush hours definitely longer time) and it cost RM68 for the budget taxi.

Yes, Nova Hotel is also well recommended, in the heart of the Golden Triangle Shopping paradise and I guarantee you won't go hungry, lots of foods nearby at Jalan Alor.

Don't ever use your credit card at this hotel. The last time I used my credit card at this hotel, about four years ago, resulted in my card number and name being stolen; and I found that somebody in Italy used my stolen card number to purchase HK50,000 worth of Italian merchandise. I also witnessed two Iranian clients filing a police report about their baggage being stolen. There are also ladies of the night visiting the hotel via the back door. The split aircond unit needs to be double checked before you take the room.
It is a very popular hotel with Europeans (Germans).
Yes, it is at one end of the infamous Jalan Alor, an over-rated eat-out. But, my advice is to pay for everything with cash.

Nova is quite far to the LRT and in the heat, some poor badminton fan might drop dead. I believe it is a 20 minutes walk rather than a 10 minute walk, but what do I know :D.

I stayed there once but I would not stay there again. There are better hotels at better price, e.g. Allson or Berjaya Service Aprtments.

Good enough for me :p... don't expect free pancakes...
Stayed in a 1-star hotel in Singapore before haha... was in the 'Red-Light' district. It was called "Yao Long Shi Ba Xiang hotel' or something haha... lets just say there were a lot of Ji's (chicken...) around that place you can call it a Ji Wo (nest)... the taxi driver who took my friends and I there was hilarious andkept warning us don't do anything stupid or be assured of contracting aids... :p
<'(((>< Anyways only stayed there cause we wanted to look at SIngapore's city and night life, and all the other 3-4 star hotels were booked and we didn't want to pay $300+ for a five star hotel room.
