You can check some badminton club in Okinawa on website as following if you can read and write in Japanese.

If you can't use Japanese, try to use it as following.
1) click "サークル検索”
2) choice "沖縄"　from "県".
3) you can find some badminton clubs infomation including a mail address of the leader of the club.

I may find a place instead of you in Japanese.
