Those bracalet or necklace type might not works effectively but did anyone of you had try those patch type of Phiten products ? The patch/bandage type really works.

not really understand what is your question.
while demo;
you lift a 3-4kg weight of material with the middle finger, lift up to 100degree up to near arm height. slowly..... feel any stress to muscle? where? at arm area? or forearm?
simply tie the phiten necklace to that part and retry lifting the 3-4kg subject again. do you feel the muscle stress? if do, no effect to you. if didnt feel it anymore, means it works on you...;)

Thats not true.. many or most of us has been using it even before KKK endorse or using the Phiten Products.

just received the kkk x30 limited edition from the shop manager yesterday.

I felt that my shoulder muscle is more relax than before due to playing too much of badminton.

before this I was using the sport type rubber bracelet but the effect is less obvious.

believe me !!! what they selling in KL is much more cheaper compare to singapore outlet, ex. x45 is SGD$75-00 Vs. RM 155-00.
