Only when your team serves and wins the rally.

Do you mean when you switch sides of the net, or when you switch sides of your side of the court with your partner? For the former (switch sides of net), you switch after each game in a match, and on the last game, you switch sides again when somebody reaches 8(service point), or 11(rally).
If you are switching service courts (switching from serving from your left box, or your right box), you switch when you gain a point from your serve, so this means every time you score a point in service point system, you switch sides. In the Rally point system, you switch service courts every time you gain a point where you served the bird.
Gah...Harmono beat me to it... I have to be more concise...

Thanks alot you two, so do you mean if I serve and it is IN and they didn't catch it, then we switch. Or is it when I serve then we win the rally by hitting more than once?

In NSS, you switch when you win the rally with the service right. Win a rally can be achieved by any number of strokes, means, you can win it by only a serve, or multiple strokes between 2 sides. ;)
