Honestly, I really don't think that I am instigating something :confused: Which is why I wrote in my previous post "I apologize if my statement has created some misunderstanding". It's my personal feeling that "at his form, nobody will beat Lin Dan at the moment". This is backed by statistics. If this is the case, then I predict Lin Dan will beat LCW, which will mean a sad day for MAS fans (LCW enthusiasts). U got my point?

I also didn't get the point of why I was accused of "not giving enough respect to LCW".

FYI, I will write the same thing if it's Taufik Hidayat vs Lin Dan. Now, TH fans...do u think u will be offended by such words? Will u say I don't give enough respect to Taufik?

I still think that only a very fired Taufik Hidayat will beat an in-form Lin Dan (regardless of what's the eventual result of the match...). If LCW wins the match (as happened), then I still congratulate him (and I am pretty happy too because I prefer LCW compared to Lin Dan). Nevertheless, I am still entitled to my opinion that I think Lin Dan is still superior (given the statistics) and given another matchup, I will still predict a Lin Dan's victory. IMHO, this has nothing to do with giving LCW enough respect or not.

If you still think that I have made instigating comments (which I don't feel so), then I have apologized in my previous post for the misunderstanding.

IF Lee Hyun Il is the current World Champion and Ranked No 1, and it happens that he chokes on major events mostly either to Lin Dan or LCW, plus if Taufik has an inferior record to Lee Hyun Il, then I agree with this statement. I will still think that Taufik will lose to Lee Hyun Il.

Fact 1: LCW has an inferior head-to-head to Lin Dan
Fact 2: Lin Dan is considered on form and is the current World Champion (he won it last year too).
Fact 3: Lin Dan is World no 1.
Fact 4: Despite an inferior record, it happens that Taufik did beat Lin Dan in the trophies he crave most.

So, from this, I form my belief that with the current form of Lin Dan, I believe nobody will be able to beat him, except for a very fired up Taufik Hidayat. This has nothing to do with creating instigating comments or not giving LCW enough respect. This is my personal belief and prediction!

IF Taufik has an inferior record to Lin Dan,
and it happens that Lee Chong Wei DID BEAT Lin Dan in the crucial events (eg: Asian Games Final, World Championships Final) with an inferior head-to-head record.

Despite the fact that (hypothetically) Taufik has beaten Lin Dan earlier in the Sudirman Cup, I WILL STILL THINK THAT Taufik will lose to Lin Dan and only a very fired-up Lee Chong Wei can beat Lin Dan (because of his record against Lin Dan in the MAJOR events, and not the overall head-to-head).
