Gan Teik Chai/Lin Woon Fui vs Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan -- Kido/Hendra should take it...but...as one might suspect, fatigue might set in after an exhausting schedule of 2 consecutive tourneys and only a week of rest in between.

WOMEN'S SINGLES
Adriyanti Firdasari vs Kanako Yonekura -- I PAWed on Kanako and I believe she's improving, judging from her gutsy win over Hak Mui. However, Firda has been doing pretty well too and a Semi-Final placing will certainly improve her chance of an Olympic spot next year.

MIXED DOUBLES
Devin Lahardi/Lita Nurlita vs Han Sang Hoon/Lee Hyo Jung -- Devin/Lita is no Flandy/Vita or Nova/Butet. The best that can be expected from them is a QF placing in a GP Gold event. They have done that and any further win will be a bonus.

So he partnered some unknown this time just to warm up and get first feel of court conditions?No, Ha is from Lee's hometown and was his full-time partner for at least a year. They were runners-up in the nationals in 2005 after winning the Mongolian Satellite and the Asian Junior Championships together. They even played in the WC that year.

Ha is not an unknown. She has won titles at two small tournaments this year in women's doubles and is playing with Kim Min-jung (her partner for the Singapore Cheers victory) today against Gao/Huang.
