Yonex Bag

I was going to get the Yonex Bag 7724, but I heard that the shoe compartment interferes with the racket compartments...
I have two questions.
1. Is there a distinction between the two main pockets about which one is the racket compartment, or are both for rackets(i think its both for rackets). And what is the difference between the Racket compartment and non-racket compartment..if there is any.
2. What is the difference other than color between 7724 and 9620?

1) both are racquet comp.
2) compartment location, 9620 is single strap vs 7724 is double straps. material is different.
