Im playing there regularly every Sunday. Today 4 peoples, sometimes 12 or 8. Most of them are Chiba University students from Indonesia. Of course you welcomed.
Btw what is your level? Most that im playing with is beginner to lower intermediate and mostly we are playing doubles.
Are you Japanese? Im Indonesian myself.

i am Thai, now studying at university (but not chiba-U)

my level cannot be mentioned, but for double-game, i am very poor level. let say i am the starter.
my friend is really good for doubles. but we always play in single.(because we are only 2)
