1)GV Sports House - Variety on clothing and shoes. Cheap.

2)AJ Racket Mart - Cheap shutter cock. Variety on rackets.

3)Racket Zone - Allow to try Price's racket b4 u buy. Equipment to measure racket's swing power and balance.

4)MBA Puchong - Variety on everything but Expensive!!!

GV selling more clothing than others. Yonex clothing price range between RM25-RM50. I just bought myself a year 2007 model short for RM25, you can find that from the 2007 catalog.

actually, the heat capsule jacket or normal jacket is not popular in malaysia. unless every hall or gym is air-conditioned.....;) in the 1st place, why do you need heat capsule? 1. going genting h'land for badminton? 2. retain your body heat 0f 37 Celsius in a 28 Celsius environment? 3. for fun and show off and heating up your body? 4. non of the above?:D

Hi Y@R@Y, yup, new Yonex shirt which you can decide whether you want to have the collar on or off. It became round neck t-shirt if you take off the collar.:D If Im not wrong, there are 2 different colours collars for 1 shirt.:D

I went to AJ today... The lady boss showed me the ArcSaber7 and Nano8k in new colour. They have one of each piece displaying there. But I was more interested in the Yonex ArcSaber clone, the Apacs Edge saber haha... :p

I know AJ do sell high range rackets inclusive the new Arc Saber 7 rackets too, as for price nt very sure but you may pay AJ a visit, they are all friendly people. ;)

Don't worry, all the shops stated above are Chinese owned. Cantonese is the preferred medium.

I, personally, prefer Racquet Zone. Friendly and knowlegdeble guys.

GV is okay. Friendly lady. Futsal boots here cheaper than Pertama.

AJ, not very good experience for me. Lady boss talks too much but they do have the widest range of rackets.

All the shops do give some discount but how much depends largely on your bargaining skill and also if you are a regular to their shop.

That u have to ask them. RM 28 include stringing and the BG80. Just bought Protech ABSOLUTE 360 with BG 80 String for RM 120/=. Need to wait till friday to test out.

first.. it doesn't have the "Power Cushion" tag on the back...

2nd... the sliver+yellow bottom part of the shoe.. the one sell here only yellow..

If string other brand will be cheaper.since i use bg66 i choose that bg66.

Other shop i ask also but most of the some no stock.

Price about the same. ( RM169 for 2 racket + RM26 string and RM5 for grip + Free apacs bag = RM231) .I think the RM21 is for the bag.I no need the bag anyway..

i didnt ask for 1 pcs price.some shop sell 1.some shop need to get 2 then got the rm169 price.

1 pcs = rm84.5 + rm25 yonex string + rm5 grip = rm114.5

some shop if u get 1 then u need to add rm5 but i think if u really want can ask for discount.Got 1 shop offer me apacs t-shirt also but they dont have edgesaber 10..so no point i get other racket from that shop..

AJ does not carry the Apacs AMP series. They have the Tantrum and Lethal series.

I know this because I strung my AMP90s there.:p

P.S. I have heard that Hock Eng in Bangi have the AMP series. :confused:

i had a bad shopping experience in AJ. the tauke was so friendly when i bought the racket, evything said okay and 100% guarantee. but then my racket cracked just after i used for the second time in the first week, i think it shld be manufacturer defect. i went back AJ to claim but the tauke said it's my fault and rejected to help. he even didn't show some interest to help me to call and ask the manufacturer. i damn pissed off. when i buy promise evything but finally just show black face. never buy from him since then :mad:

Oh! i have bought 3 rackets from them and there is once that 1 of my racket crack and they have a looked at it and ok to send to supplier for claim. Is it bcoz it looks like being hit that coz the crack, maybe thats y the boss did not accept your claim.

i'm more to double than a single player...
for my vh1800 ( yonex bg 66,tension 25 lbs)..i'm using a thick grip so i feel it more balance racket.. my yonex mp99 more head heavy and for me more attacking racket compare to my vh1800....imo vh1800 more all around racket compare to mp99...maybe my wrist not strong enough to master my mp99...hahaha..rite now my current racket is vh1800 but sometimes switch to my classic mp99...hehehe ( also depend on my opponent)
and my conclusion for vh1800....at rm200 it was very very excellent racket for intermediate player....lucky for me to find a racket does suit me well..haha

Hmm... I'm having that same prob while playing doubles, not fast enough... in singles, my MP22 racket works well with BG65Ti... but doubles its abit slacking... maybe I can look at your VH1800 one with BG66 strings.. and whatya know.... I like thick grip too!... :)

the reason for thick grip is because of its absorption of shock while skin type grip give a better feel on controlling (Correct me if i'm wrong). For me i'm more on control base, using thick grip i can't really make out most from the game, but skin type grip like kason gives me a much better control in the game

went to the shop the other day. small shop but many people. the owner is friendly and helpful as well. may consider bringing my racket to string if ever i dont have the opportunity to do own stringing. usually i had my racket strung in Pertama Racket World.
