Sometimes i wonder there is less humour in this forums

Since most people take my "Wacha" posts quite seriously...

They actually believe that I expect Wacha to win major championships...LOL.:D:D:D

Phew, it was a nail-biting ending as Kido/Hendra take the first set 22-20. Not an impressive display by them I would say

Yang Wei/Zhang Jiewen have proven that they are still the one to beat as they crushed Vita Marissa/Lilyana Natsir in straight sets.

Geez...another nerve-wrecking match just ended as Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan finally beat Guo Zhendong/Xie Zhongbo in three gruelling sets: 22-20, 17-21, 21-19. Guo/Xie have improved a lot in recent months and they will be a credible 2nd MD for China for the Thomas Cup 2008. I don't think Luluk Hadiyanto/Alvent Yulianto or Hendra A. Gunawan/Joko Riyadi will find them a piece of cake  In fact, both have been beaten by Guo/Xie  It's at this point that Candra Wijaya's experience will be needed, if Team INA were to secure the 2nd MD point when facing Team China

Rian Sukmawan/Yonathan Suryatama Dasuki also beat the aging Luluk/Alvent in rubber-sets, setting up a meeting with their "senior" Kido/Hendra tomorrow. Rian/Yoke certainly have gained a lot of exposure in their European tour. Congrats to Djarum once again!

Joko-Hendra AG are ok guys, but they do not have the explosive potential of Rian-Yoke... Just see their gameplay one day and you will probably form similar opinion with the INA fans... ;) Rian-Yoke gameplays are very attractive to watch... and they have not even reached their peak yet... ;) Still inconsistent... :p Especially from Yoke's part. Rian is already stable...:D

The explosive defensive plays usually come from Yoke, while the explosive offensive plays usually come from Rian...

Hendra A. Gunawan is already 25 yo...almost reaching his prime  Rian/Yoke and Fran/Rendra are all younger than him.
