Singapore/Malaysia/China are 7 hours ahead of France.

According to the official website, the semi-finals and finals will start at french time 2pm and 1pm respectively ie Singapore/Malaysian/China time 9pm/8pm

It just means Astro has FO on schedule for 'live' telecast.They have to put in a time slot. These times are then updated closer to actual days of telecast.

its suppose to be the french time not malaysian time....

GD Sports was delayed, not live. THey showed the finals starting around 11 pm Malaysian time, after all the events finished. Semifinals delayed was shown on Sunday afternoon, the event was Saturday.
So, basically we have to keep checking the latest schedule or have GD Sports on the whole time.

now its beginning of winter... so it will be 8 hours ahead of france...
thats what happen on the final day of denmark open... grrrr

7 hours with daylight savings. Before that was 6 hours. I have a yahoo widget with world clock, makes it easier, free to download too.

Another site (MyP2P) shows the Semi & Final .Don’t put a high hope as there is discrepancy with the schedule in the previous thread.

Never mind lah... all are expert here on time.. MAS time is +8 GMT From Greenwich England and +7GMT from Paris...
Paris is a nice place.. I was there on my Europe tour 3 years ago.. I really love Europe..

astro made the same mistake for denmark open too...
its suppose to be the french time not malaysian time....

Can anyone tell me if PPLive shows Guang DOng Sports? It doesnt show on the channel list, when I click on PPlive from the P2P website, the buffering never goes beyond 0%

PPMate - they always ask me to download a cartoon looking site, PPStream.com. But it's all in chinese, the online translator couldnt translate what it says. It that a spyware or something?

The connection for Sopcast keeps breaking when uploading GD Sports. Guess I have to stick to TVAnts.

According to the Astro website. They only shows delay match of Franch Open Semi-final on 4/11/07(Sunday 1.00pm).

Although there is no statement on LIVE broadcasting for Franch Open, but i strongly believe Astro will give us surprise if KKK/TBH,LCW are in semi(like what they did on Denmark Open Final)

Still put my trust on Astro..

yea, it stated in the Programme Guide but on the website, monthly highlight is just the China Open and the French Open live telecast is not included in the channel listing schedule.
Astro is really bad in this....

Just called Astro. Below is the updated schedule.

French Open Semi Final
Sat - 9PM (KL time)

French Open Final
Sun - 8PM (KL time)

Not sure whether they'll change it again. We as badminton fans need to call Astro as often as possible to ask about the schedule and to tell them that we want to watch badminton live on Astro.

china time is 7 hours ahead french...
so 12 am china time = 5pm french time

Astro admitted that it was a mistake last week. Because the Malaysian pair was in the final, Astro decided to show it live at last minute.

I know about it from a friend working in Astro.

Hehe, the TV-channel is not called '3-TV' , it's just the matches on court 3 that is being filmed.

I do NOT live in Msia though I'm 100% Msian. I dont have Astro though I have cable TV in this country. Even if U assume I live in Msia, it doesnt mean I hv Astro.

For all who ask about Live on Internet,
FINALS : Guang Dong sports is showing at 16:00 GMT time. Means +8hours Beijing/Singapore/Malaysia = 12 midnight after the finals are completed.

I suppose delayed AND recorded. Anyway, those who arent watching AStro ended up watching online thru French Orange TV LIVE. So, of course, we didnt go to GD Sports to see if it's showing.

Other countries organising it should do like France.
