..i believe there will be a get-together in HK;)..Maybe even several get-togethers..:D:p;)..Hau-ge, i would probably appoint you to be the main organizer for the HK Open, as you are quite familiar with the area and where to go/meet (maybe you can tag team with badMania if he wants to??)...And make sure kwun and possibly his family will join you guys..:)
*Btw, not sure if kwun wants to merge this thread w/ this one:confused::):

of course we should have one!
last time red managed to get us a couple of courts over the weekend so bunch of us got to play some badminton together. i am not sure if that will happen this time as it is more last minute. does anyone from HK know about the court booking situation there?
otherwise, we can go and have dimsum somewhere.
can someone from HK help arrange it?

Booking Dinsum place is much easier than booking a badminton courts here....:D:D
So we do not fight on the court with rackets but fighting on table with chopsticks....:D:D:p
Where is Cheung???:D

..even our kwun is already looking fw to it;)...And he's asking the same thing..hehe:):p;)..Hau-ge, you don't have to organize it by yourself. This can be a team effort. Maybe ask badMania or Cheung or red00ecstrat or other local HKers to help you out as well.

Please let me know which days you guys would prefer to have the courts, so I can book maybe 2 courts for 2 hours on either Sat or Sun. Courts must be booked 1 week in advance.

I am very busy that w/end. I think you should go ahead and arrange things yourselves. In fact, I've been so busy recently that I've not even had time to play badminton. I'll try to arrange time to meet you but it will be very unpredictable.
I had planned to go to HK Open during the weekdays but it looks like that is almost impossible now:((

..sounds like kwun is heading out to HK sometimes next week:)...Hau-ge, i thought you will travel to INA next week to attend the INA National Championships?? Will you make it back in time if the HK Open get-together happens to be on the weekend of the INA N.C. tourney?? Or you will fly back to HK to join the get-together even if the INA N.C. is not finish??..:p

..guys, make sure to book an eating place near Cheung's work place (or even place of stay)...He'll have no excuse of skipping or even missing the get-together...;):p

Ah....that's a little bit tight on the schedule since I "might" be in Shanghai during that weekend (still unconfirmed).
What about the week when the HK Open is scheduled to play?

The good places for Din Sum ( not expensive, it wont bankrupt our BC, hehe)
1. Din Dum ( Sing Woo rd, Happy Valley), 2 doors down where I am staying....need to book as it is not big place.
2. Victoria Seafood ,
3. Jade Garden ( in TST)
4. Luk Yu Tea House....
I have been all of them....I think Jade Garden is good place for all of us...

HK Dim Sum is really really nice. I love it so much... Here in Malaysia also very "heng" dim sum.. But, the taste is really far behind HK Dim Sum if u have tasted HK Dim Sum before...yummy yummy...
One thing i can't understand is, HK Dim Sum serve at lunch till late evening where else here Malaysia Dim Sum only serve in earlier morning...
It will be great if someone from Hong Kong can organize to get together either on Monday or Tuesday.....or Saturday/Sunday for Dim Sum...
Anyone can volunteer, please???;);)
