Well unless any of us lived there we couldn't tell you,but you best bet it sport shops.I'm not sure if you have a sport check there but the restring.

i think any people who restring tennis racquets are eligible to do badminton ones as well, not sure

but ppl who do tennis racquets mite not know how delicate a badminton racquet mite be......LOL...........you should just try mail order.....
