Alright, for those coming to the Malaysian Super Series Finals, we want to get together to eat and enjoy. Here is a noble way to sharing the payment of food by being competitive. All you have to do is pick a winner for the China Open (and we will do one for HKO also). Very simple, if you lose, you pay for 20 satays to feed the party of people who won.

Just to confirm.
If LCW wins the China Open, yyclub has to pay 20 sticks of satay.
If BCL wins the China Open, the rest of us have to pay 20 sticks of satay each.
If neither LCW nor BCL wins, all of us have to pay rights.

If LCW wins and you chose him, then only those who didn't will contribute 20 sticks. Now each tournament's bet (there are two -- CO & HKO) is 20 sticks - so you can potentially lose upto 40 sticks.

Now it seems like yyclub is the only person who might lose 20 sticks for CO coz he picked BCL -- it is unlikely we will lose on LCW, are we ?

Now collection time is the SS Finals or the MAlaysian Open (or if we ever get together and there are enough from the betters around, we would clear our debts). It is all for fun so don't feel like you are losing your wealth. :)

Somebody must have said to them that badminton is another game of soccer or horse racing and they believed that and now found out it is a shuttle being hit back and forth and people's eyes move left and right following the shuttle. :D

Of course, you have to know where to go. KL's satay is too marinated with herbs (too much lemon grass, I know my satay). The Penang satay source is just right and it is not too overpowering.

Actually the old Satay Club in Singapore is pretty good too -- agree with me Singaporeans.:D

Therefore, KJ, Spore or Penang, who cares, just bring them over, and as XBall said USD0.25 per stick, just order 100 sticks and 'bungkus' the remaining back to Canada...now, on a serious note, growing up in MAS, KJ satay is the best and I can remember vividly the aroma and taste now...ummmm!!! :p:D

THe best satay I have tasted as a young boy was at the PADANG, where satays were quite a few. They have wonderful creamy peanut sauce.
