Park JB still have good and always had good relationship with the Malaysian Team. Most of the players still respect and ask him for advice. Coach park is a great guy and have a nice family too.

I thought Choong Tan Fook was Ha Tae-Kwon because the photo didn't show his face. How can I not recognise the Great Park Joo Bong? PJB didn't change much, as skinny as before.

warmup with low resistence.
you can tie one end of a rubber elastic on a pole or something rigid and stable (in this case, a trainer :p) and you slowly pull away in various angles and rangles.
its to slowly increase the range of movement during warmup prior to a match or anything physical, basically.
i'm assuming she's suffered a shoulder injury at some point, and this was part of her physio regimen.

similarly, you can get someone to push very gently on your arm in the opposite direction of where you're raising or moving your arm.

kwun, getting a pass for olympic will be difficult. the organizer need to get each and every photographer's personal information, the publication that he/she works for etc etc...... there will be a picture on each press pass so, it isn't transferable.
in the past, the number of media representative were very limited. there were only a few quota for hk. since hk is a part of china. therefore, i think the 08 beijing olympic will be more easier for the hk journalist/photojurnalist to go!
