i usually do that once in a while, usually after a poorly executed shot (i'm in position early, and i still end up doing something wierd with the shot), or just simply a bad decision that ended up with a flurry of drives or smashes and me and my partner on the defensive and ducking for cover. :D

its more of a "blaaah" than anything else.
