Had 2 clashes with my doubles partner's Wilson Titanium frame racket (don't know the model name) and "tapped" her head with my racket one time. She is still surviving as we figure out how to work as a team.:D
Anyway, got some paint chips on my Carbonex 30ms as a result. So I applied some transparent nail polish on the chipped paint area. No expansion of the area of the chipped spot. The polich actually acted like a layer of lacquer over these high traffic spots on the frame. It is not easily visible. If you do a really good paint job, it will be smooth and barely noticeable as you glide your finger tip over those areas.
Just want to pass on this info if you care about preserving the paint job/racket frame like me.
To all gurus,
If this is a bad idea, please let me know. Thanks.
