If I remember correctly, your last order wasn't too long ago...

Matt, I'm just wondering if I can ask you to help me order some Yonex goods? Please email me at daniel_cheuk@hotmail.com
Thanks!

Is that all you got? I guess the bags took alot of space in that box.

Matt

That's part of it. There is also 3 pairs of SHB-100s which I did not take a picture of. That took a good bulk of the space.

hey matt, for those JP bags, are the compartment divider wall material thicker than on non-JP bags? i haven't had the opportunity of seeing any JP bags in person yet.

Matt

Hi chickenpoodle,

I haven't personally seen the insides of a non-JP bag in person so I am unable to comment about the wall divider. My first impression of the JP divider is that it feels like there is some moderate stiff foam like material inside there (just did a test squeeze).

I own a non-JP 9624-6 bag..n..the divider is just as thin as paper..lol

is it possible for you to pop the plastics on them ever so slightly for you to check if you have time?
i have a 2420 and 2424, and the divider, as i'm sure you're aware, suck.
the 9624, 9620, and pretty much any other bag i've seen, are just as thin.

with a tear starting to get pretty big in mine, i'd consider a JP one for that luxary alone.

Here is the 602.

The other two bags look very similar to that.

oh!
i'm talking about the thin material dividing the two main compartments from each other. the thin material perpedicular to the one you just photographed.

sorry for the confusion!!

Matt
12-14-2007, 03:06 AM
Oh I see. That part is thin as I open both compartments to touch the insides of the wall division. Two fabric layers, 1 layer for each compartment wall.

i guess they're not really any better then.
i think there is money saved on buying the other market bags. unless of course you want the exclusive colors and models they seem to always have in japan...

thanks!!!!!

They are all thin nylon dividers regardless of model and size.

The only difference is the outer material.
I checked out 9620, 7720, 7724, 5724 and decided on 9620.
9620's outer nylon looks and feels sturdier.

This is the thread on finding my bag:

yeah, i totally agree on the outer materials.
thats why i only considered the 2420 and 2424 bag when i bought mines back then. my friend's 7xxx series bags, from the 724's to today's 7724's, all don't come anywhere close in the quality of the surface.

thanks for letting me know what the compartment divider materials are like.

I guess that is true but most likely they are priced higher because they have be imported from Japan as all of the items are the JP models.

Matt, can I ask why all three shoes are different sizes?

Different model shoe = different fitting, therefore you would need to try a different size which suits your foot.

LOL...so many arcsabers!!!!!

Everything you see there is JP.

BTW did you order the 2 magazines with it or did it come free?

I get Yonex catalogs for free.

From where? Maybe I'll Yonex frenzy too... They're willing to ship from Japan to Canada? As an international corporation it would be weird that they would do that and not refer you to their local dealer ^^

Matt

That's because I order from a Yonex Authorized Dealer ^.^.
