KUALA LUMPUR: Tickets for the Malaysian Open badminton championships scheduled for Jan 15-20 at the Putra Stadium in Bukit Jalil are now available for sale.
Yesterday, the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) announced the ticket prices for the season-opening Super Series tournament at the 10,000-capacity stadium.
Tickets for the early round have been prices between RM5 and RM25. They will cost between RM10 and RM35 for the quarter-finals and semifinals.
For the action on the finals day, tickets have been priced at RM13 and RM45. For more information, contact Axcess agents in the Klang Valley, Penang and Johor or go to their website at www.axcess.com.my (http://www.axcess.com.my/). Axcess can also be reached at 03- 77115000.

Sorry to disappoint you guys. Stadium Putra's seating is much elavated than the playing courts. You need VIP pass to be able to go near the players.:o
However, you can still get decent pictures.

I hope the premium seat don't sell out so fast ! Wah, need VIP pass to take VIP people haha !!

I asked the ticket guy at the counter and he said that student price means the person has to wear uniform...no premium seats for student price...

I need help. I booked tickets online and all and they havent confirmed my bookings.

Before you book tickets they said that if they dont confirm with you, then your tickets are not booked, right?
