all i can say about impact is too light
no power at all
suitable for def player and control player
too light medium flex hard to perform explosive smashing
but it also a good racket for new player (easy 2 handle ur wrist)

Um, I have a different view on this.
I find Impact racquets real value for money as they're quite inexpensive for the quality they offer (and the better ones have almost a pro-grade feel).

(They also mean less grief when partnering 'excited' players likely to hit your racquet ;))

Don't expect to be smashing your way through with an Impact make.
They are nowhere near a Yonex MP-99 or a Ti-10 or one of the Armortecs.
But if you just want to play an intermediate game, Impact is a good choice :)

I had a different experience. My friend used to have 2 pcs of impact, model: woodpower and a at900t clone. The rackets were of inferior quality. We always partner for doubles game in school and one day, my oliver eurostar13000 clashed with his, his broke and mine did not. (Maybe i was lucky). So there went his at900t clone. Then next, we were playing a school competition, he was the back, and he smashed, the racket gave way at the shaft and top part of the racket flew(lucky it did not pierce into my back). And all he has left in his hand is the grip of the woodpower racket. That speaks alot about its quality.

On Impact's racquet bags, it says www.impact.com.my
However, it isn't much use visiting the site now ;)

Hmm..i don't think so..i hv a edgesaber7..i agree that mid flex is a bit powerless in smashing if strung it in a 25-26 safety high tention..tats y a strung it at 30 lbs digital..it bring sum different though its not as strong as at700 and so on even bt its enough to kill d..the main thing is after i strung it at 30lbs..i did accidental hit the steel of my bed wen i try to pratice smashing swing in my room..surprisingly the racket is still fine jus a small paint chip at the frame..2nd time was wen i was praticing jump smash swing in the room..the racket accidently hit the steel case of the lamp on the ceiling..my racket suffer a serious injury this time..the graphite breaks..bt supprisingly my racket is still useable n the frame is still doing fine..frankly..if it was yonex racket high end rackets strung with 30lbs digital..the racket frame would hv collapes in this case..

I'm using ArcForce 10 by Impact and so far it gave me very good response. One Word, AWESOME!
