They probably got a little excited and ahead of themselves. With a little experience, they'll learn to cope better in the future. No shame with their performance, especially since they were expected to be blown away.

+ most probably Rexy at the side shouting at KKK/TBH to buck up, he he, so had to show some stripes. Would have been very, very embarassing to lost 1st round on home ground.

KKK's is normally the slow starter in early rounds, hopefully he'll buck up. Looks like TBH is covering KKK quite well.

TBH play better in early round, cover KKK. KKK play better in later rounds. But in major events like AE, AG they played well throughout. They need to get back that consistency loh.

Yup, they know they need to overcome this hmmm 'slow starting engine' sydrome, esp KKK. I noticed from last year's matches, sometimes they play well throughout, sometimes they dont.
From what your friends at the stadium told you, TBH got back his killer weapon - the smashes, and 2nd half last year has improved on other expects - net play.

Better dont reveal. My info is what everyone knows, from press info. Ong had shoulder injury before, so most ppl think this caused him to slow down - like CCM (after surgery to shoulder, never as fast or powerful anymore). In tv or newspaper, Ong always lookin down on the ground, look like demoralised.

CCM just retire for like 1 month, very short retirement. CCE still played for KLRC then, but they havent played together 3 years. Still got experience, almost-veteran pair mah .

Junior???? Hendra A. Gunawan is already 26 yo this year :rolleyes: Joko Riyadi is one year younger than Kido/Hendra. So, he's 23 already.

Experience is the key. The GER pair is way more experienced than Devin/Lita. Lita herself was blown away in the WD qualifier against the MAS pair yesterday.
