All JP version rackets come with the cotton bag. There was no custom duty.

Shuttle-house uses 128 bit SSL technology for security so i know it is safe. I do prefer Paypal because i use ebay so it would be easier for me.

The customs charges depends on your country, therefore you will need to ask your countries customs for information.

The main reason is because Badminton most likely isn't popular where you are, therefore the variety of products and or brands is less compared to going countries which are popular.

i have strung my racket already and the feel is pretty solid and extremely good power but the control isn't as good as the other strings i use (NBG95 and BG80). Sometimes when i do drop shots the shuttlecock tends to bounce too high probably due to the power of the string.

I was at home when the parcel arrived so i don't know what will happen if you were not at home. I think if it is courier shipping and you are not home they send it back to the sender. This has happened a few times to me when i use courier shipping but i am not sure if shuttlehouse uses courier shipping.

If there was no one at home during the delivery, the postman will usually left you a notice card asking you to collect it from your local post office. They will usually give you some time to collect it from the local post office and if it is not collected within a specific time frame, they will send it back to the sender. Did you get the tracking number from shuttle house? It will be easier if you have it.

They just want to confirm your order. An updated one spreadsheet will include shipping cost will be there when they send you the payment information.

Generally, the email would come once all items have arrived. If there are items which are not there, the first sheet would probably have some comments beside the items. If you want to follow up on it, send them an email.

Yes, all of my email to them are in english. I sent my email to yo_3_order@yahoo.co.jp and they always replied my email. I've never received any reply from them when I sent an email to other than that email address.

Nope, but they have technically would have whatever is available set aside for you until everything is ready.

nah... they got eveything ready 1st.
If certain item(s) not in stock and won't be available for a while, they email you to see if you want to cancel, or pay for it and ship it the next shipment. I go for the 2nd option and it speed things up (i think... not sure).
But yeah, as someone said, they set the available items aside to be shipped.

You can do both. If you did not add a string in your cart, they will do it for you and add the string and stringing cost in the price quotation. If you do add for example 3 packs of NBG98 strings in your cart, they will use one of the pack to string your racket.

LoL. They need to fix that so it doesn't say SPAM from hotmail/live acconts on their end. They also need to fix that, I also suffer from... I dunno what that means ROFL!!

They normally don't send an email when it is shipped, so what you should do to send them an email and ask them for the tracking number when it is shipped.

actually those sheaths only available to JP coded racket (correct me if wrong) you can buy them seperately if you want, for SP coded racket of the same series they give those regular sheaths which i have a few... This cotton sheaths can be use to keep clothes, towels etc, much better than the rigid shape sheaths.

The 'normal' case is only available with the lower-end models like the MP30 in Japan :rolleyes:

But they still haven't charged me yet and I still haven't received anything. It's been ONE MONTH already, I sent them email every week, but never replied.....Don't know what's going on.....

They already got the payment as you had recieved the automatic reply. Most likely it is pending (which is why it will not show) and can be verified by calling your CC company. If it does not show in pending, it will later.

finally, i got my Tetracross 700 and SHB80W.
First impression of the Tetracross 700: well painted. i was trying to look for some smeared paintwork, but all was done well. when i held the racket, i could feel the head heavy balance (and my racket was unstrung). Flex was stiff, feels roughly the same as my Superwaves 31. will post more when i try it out this weekend

finally got my goodies from shuttle house - 4 days after i paid; pretty damn quick they are and very apologetic throughout our email exchanges. would i use them again? no i wouldn't. i'll go directly to the shop!!!

Anyways, if you haven't got the URL to pay yet, that means they don't have it in stock, or some other things you ordered is/are not in stock. Be patient tho.

I pre-order mine around mid-Feb. But I order 3UG5 tho, not sure about 3UG4. Well... you get the idea anyways.

Yeah, the new colour SHB100 is expected to be there mid April, so I cancel it :)

Depend on what you are ordering. If only a single racket then the shipping cost will be around RM30-40. But you still have to email them for the exact pricing.

It would be cheaper in Malaysia, but you can buy from shuttle-house if you want to buy JP-models or also if you want to buy in bulk because they have good discounts.

Shuttle House always had the Ti7 in the reduced-for-sales section..

They have a whole lot of Babolat racquets on sale for around 50% off or so too. Mizuno's and RSL too.. but the exchange rate right now is too extreme.

It would probably be better to currently buy locally then from shuttlehouse
