Mourning on the forum right now as the top-seeded MAS MD pair Koo Kien Keat/Tan Boon Heong lost to the ex World-Champions Lars Paaske/Jonas Rasmussen in three tight sets 19-21, 21-18, 16-21.

The MAS pair was strolling at 14-11, when the Danes had a second wind which bring them to 18-14....winning 7 straight points. It was not to be for the MAS pair and they lost 16-21 in the rubber set.

Well, MAS still has a hope in Choong Tan Fook/Lee Wan Wah, who will face the Danes pair tomorrow and another veteran pair Chan Chong Ming/Chew Choon Eng who will face perhaps Fu Haifeng/Cai Yun tomorrow.

Sometimes I feel ashamed of some comments made here, losing mood because Malaysians lost, saying the players are useless, good decision for skipping MAS Open since they lost etc. I don't see this attitude among rival supporters.

Sometimes I feel ashamed of some comments made here, losing mood because Malaysians lost, saying the players are useless, good decision for skipping MAS Open since they lost etc. I don't see this attitude among rival supporters.

This mentality from supporters doesn't allow our players to be champions, no matter how good their talent. 15-20 years ago, supporters knew how to support, though we didn't have the forum to show it.

Tell that to Pemuda. When we try to tell him he dont believe. He'll tell you show proof that our fans, media, government not overly critical - it comes 1st from govern, then media, public pick up on it.

They have a chance of losing indeed, having been beaten once in the Indonesia SS Semi-Final last year. We all know Tony/Candra can't rely on their stamina. So, it will be an interesting affair later on.
