Did a search and couldn't find an answer. Is Medium Flex between Stiff and Extra Stiff?

If you look at his sequencing carefully, it implies:
least (flex) = extra flexible, and most (flex) = extra stiff

Should be the other way round

So going from a MP99 to a NS7700 might be extreme?

that would be going to a more flexible racket. Did you find the MP99 too stiff?

phandrew, yes, I do feel it to be a bit stiff. I play a lot of golf I it's like playing with a stiff shaft where you can swing really hard and it goes nowhere.

What's your swing speed like? If you're going to swing with the same speed, you'll regret it. You won't be able to get any snap and your timing will be waaaay off. Try a demo first to see if it works for you.

Oh, and why the drastic change?

the change in stiffness will most likely hurt your wrist. You should try to gradually build up the flexibility so a medium stiffness should be fine

I wonder how "Dynamic" flexibility of Victor rackets fits into the flexibility range? When I was looking at Victor rackets they seemed to be either stiff or dynamic. My guess is dynamic = flexible, but it would be nice to know if anyone knows for sure having played with them...
