yeah, i was trying to give each country a representative. :) but those that i chose are not merely because they are from different country but i think each have their own strengths. apart from the top players like LD, LCW, KKK/TBH, MK/HS, CY/FHF, the others might be lower ranked but i dont believe they will not give a good fight even to those above their ranking. i chose them for their fighting spirit. :)

there are 2 reasons why MS1 position should be Lin Dan, and not LCW.
- based on current ranking, WR#1 belongs to LD.
- based on mental toughness, LD was much more superior than LCW.

2 times being a leader in CHN's Thomas Cup team, LD played the entire
match, and won all of them! otherwise, LCW lost to PGC in TC 06

Even though, recently CHN WS is a bit going down as XXF and ZN got issues with injuries/stamina, and the young ones are still in consistent, but CHN WD is just too much for the rest to even make it a meaningful match.

If before, it's very possible the score going to be 5:0. Even as of today, the outcome mostly will be 4:1.

In that particular TC, LCW played an awfully pitiful 1st single:confused: and lost to PG
WCH ruptured his tendons:eek:in the quaterfinal tie with KOR
Mr yoyo lost to another old dude, KJ
Kuan lost or rather his nerves to a so-so player in JP:mad: Till this day, Kuan has never recovered from that painful episode and JP has yet to succeed PG and KJ:rolleyes:

For Example : LCW impossible to be placed at MS2 & so does Jung/LEE at MD2
I am based on players' position on each team. :cool:

isn't the conclusion the same? most people would vote in an all star team, thus resulting in # of winning ballots for the winning spot, compared to a dream team of positions filled in by individuals' opinions...:p;)

Hmmm Modious, interesting choices. Why Bao? Over Lin Dan? LHI had him in the first game and then went AWOL. Why Kido? He chokes.....like Bao, Fu and Sigit really.

Lee Yong Dae is the real deal (and you have his pair at MD2??). Best Korean doubles talent since Lee Eun Ku, PJB and KDM.

My TC team is based on rules of the competition.
As I have already selected LCW to be the 1st singles, Lin Dan cannot possibly be playing 2nd singles as his world ranking is higher.

Same goes for the MD selection.
