Is anyone knows if there has a specific hotel for all the palyers?:confused::confused::confused:

There are five hotels offered which is Copthorne Hotel, Jury's Inn Hotel, Novotel,Quality Hotel and Norfolk Hotel. All of them are near the venue. However i think most players will be staying in Copthorne or Novotel.

Thats a cheaper alternative since some BAs or private professionals lacks of budget.

From the past two years of going to All England, I can say that China, Korea, Indonesia & Malaysia 'normally' stay at the Jury's Inn. I know other players stay the Jury's Inn as well such as PHY of France and DK of England (though I did bump into Andrew Smith last year in the lift at the Novotel)....

So the answer seems to be Jury's Inn, isn't it?

If you do not know which one...call one of your player's last name to each hotel...then you will know........:D:D

I hope most of the top players with be staying in the Jury's inn as that is where I am staying! :)

I hope Candra W and Tony G will be staying there as I would love to "ambush" them in reception and have my photo taken with them! :cool::D

INA team will leave tomorrow afternoon via Singapore and MAS team is leaving 2night....

i read in the news that Chong Wei, Kien Keat-Boon Heong, Rexy and Misbun are already in Birmingham by Saturday, ahead of schedule... wonder where will they stay?

CHI team will leave Beijing on Sunday~~~

That is true. Rexy, KKK, TBH and LCW are all going to be at an exhibition match near Birmingham this Sunday.

Rexy is giving a mini coaching session, LCW is playing Taufik and KKK and TBH are playing Anthony Clarke and Robert Blair.

I'm going and am very excited about it! :D

Last year they stayed at 3 different hotels, and none of them at Jury's Inn.. Hehehe

I know the Chines team and Malaysia team stayed in Jurys inn coz we met Lee wan wah (spoke to him, shame didn't know much english) , Bao Chun Lai (looked rather angry maybe coz he was playing Lin Dan in semi hehe ) saw Gao Ling and many other chines players when they were leaving the hotel.

I suppose they will stay there this year 2.....

I wasn't able to ring on Friday but I have called them today.

Unfortunately they could not tell me if the Chinese team was staying there but did tell me that there were some large groups booked into the hotel for the championships but they didn't know which country they were from.

Sorry I couldn't help more. :(
