Anybody knows, why this racquet is far much cheaper than Cab20 tour SP in Malaysia?
Friend of mine was just back from there, and got two of them for MYRinggit 170 each, while the SP one is about 350 Ringgit. (1 USD= 3.8 MY Ringgit).
They are original, I have seen and "touched" them. They do have serial number. So it is definitely not a fake one.
Any views about these racquet will be greatly acknowleged.
Thanks

It's because they're made in Taiwan if I'm not wrong.
They're so called "inferior" when compared to Cab 20 original or the Tour SP.

Is it? ehmm, i'm wonder then, because the racquet seem so nice. I didn't use though, so do not know how it really feels on the real game

Thats funny 'cause the Carbonex 20 Tour Special only costs around S$90.00 in Singapore, which would work out to only around RM$190++.
According to a sports shop owner friend, the special is a cheaper version of the regular racket. It is supposedly not as long lasting.

Apparently there are many versions of the carbonex 20, There's the Cab 20 Original, Cab 20 Tour, Cab 20 Tour Special, Cab 20 Special, Cab 20 Ti and Cab 20 Mp.
I have the Cab 20 Special and it's serving me well although it only costs me S$69.90 in Singapore. It did come with BG65 at 21 lbs though. Some people have said that its not a very good racket because it breaks too easily, but i beg to differ in the sense that i'm only an amateur beginner and don't smash hard enought to break the racket, more likely i'll break it by hitting the floor or something else. If that happens, then i won't feel the pinch because it's not very expensive, not when compared to the higher end models that most of the BC'ers use in this forum.
Just my 2 cents worth...Thanks.
