These are new comers (not re-appearance of old pairs?) so the ranking has not reflected the facts that they has beaten everyone lately. MS players are much more stable with very few surprises.

Lee/Hwang, Lee/Jung are not newcomers. Sakamoto/Ikeda, Othsuka/Masuda are not new either. Lee/Jung are WC 2007 runner-up, after that been losing. Sakamoto/Ikeda WC 2007 bronze medalist, nothing much of significance.
