tan fook looks down...maybe because of the last semi final?
Actually I am not so sure how come TH has 8 "smash winner"s in the 2nd game. I had thought the last rally is the only one in the 2nd game in which TH was truly aggressive.
But if KL can reduce his errors by 20%, there is no way TH can play like this and still win.
This guy Kendrick Lee is so strong and quick. He runs around the court effortlessly, and makes all kinds of physically demanding shots -- again effortlessly (CJ can do similar shots, but seems to me not as effortlessly as Kendrick). On the contrary, TH runs like his legs will not be able to support him. :D
If Kendrick still can run effortlessly against Lee Chong Wei then I would say he's good. Anybody can keep up with Taufik now a day, don't you agree?

I think what I said is TH has difficulty keeping up with Kendrick. So it seems you misunderstood. :-)
I am not saying he is super-fast like LCW, don't forget Kendrick is a muscular 6-feet man. It's the way he moves around, which is so quick and effortless. I am talking about his physical ability, not about his footwork or skill.
If you want some other proof, you can also watch his match against Boonsak (don't forget Boonsak beated easily CJ twice last year), he has no difficulty matching Boonsak's speed.
The only problem with this guy is he makes way too many simple errors. I don't know it's because he is young or because his skill is rough.
If we only talk about speed/power/physical ability, I think he definitely can match CJ. No wonder he beated CJ on a good day.
If Kendrick still can run effortlessly against Lee Chong Wei then I would say he's good. Anybody can keep up with Taufik now a day, don't you agree?

German MD plays well...unexpectedly...
So did Russian MD against Zakry/Fairuz, hhmmm either they improved a lot or Msia MD dropped.
Anyway, glad Msia MD got to next round but too many Msia vs Msia

Work mah, you also wake up early. I stayed till Goh/Ng finish their game. Our young WD gave very close fight to Korea. We all surprised they took 2nd set when they were trailing 3 to 4 pts, they made it duece.
They're spunky,our young WS & WD

What a difference in the number of posts:
AE round 1 - 94 pages
Swiss Open (so far) - 45 pages
..i don't see it in the current Swiss Open PAW game's thread..They're going as strong as in last week's AE's PAW game's thread!..;)

Playing against Taufik is a very unique case where all top players try to avoid while the others like to meet him, either way will be close match, kind of funny but is true :D
yes, i'm totally agree with you, players who plays rely on their physical condition like kendrick lee, sheung soon mo, shoji and nguyen will love meet taufik now....but i'm sure players like PG, LD, BCL, LCW, CH dreams to meet TH only in Final when TH in best condition....
unfortunately, all players won't be scared again to meet Taufik right now
