I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this thread but the members of the US National Team is having a live demonstration at Pioneer Middle School in Tustin, CA on the 19th of March. Players participating includes Howard Bach, Tony Gunawan, Halim Haryanto, and Bob Malaythong and said to be there. I've attached the flyer that was sent to me. Too bad I won't be able to attend but for those that are in the area, this may be a good chance for you to catch a glimpse of greatness. :p
