I played at Sirifort sports complex, on Khel gaon marg, when I was in India last year. They have pretty good courts there and decent players.
But you have to be a member or know a member to play there, fortunately I found a member and went as a guest.

I've played at IIT several times a long time back...played a couple of tournaments there during college days...in fact, won the Altius (I think that's what their festival is called) badminton event.
