prize $ allocation is a little strange, when I heard BWF is talking about same prize money for men events and women events


A/Open Men’s Singles 1st – $3,750 2nd - $1,500 Men’s Doubles 1st - $4,250 2nd - $1,500 Women’s Singles 1st - $1,500 2nd - $500 Women’s Doubles 1st - $2,500 2nd - $1,000 Mixed Doubles 1st - $2,500 2nd - $1,000
WS 1st place is less than 1/2 of MS
WS 2nd place is 1/3 of MS

but BWF doesn't have any authority in this tournament. plus it's not a SS or GP or anything like that.

I understand that, I mean when compare to BWF, it's quite a difference

i agree .... the prize money should be equal .... this might even encourage more women players to participate.
