I just brieftly looked at the website and I should still stick to the normal foods. You don't need the extra caffeine.;) That's just my opinion.:)

Well, only the Extreme Sport Beans have caffeine. The regular packs don't. I haven't tried them, but my friend said he sampled some at Costco and it wasn't to his liking.
