Ibuysports.com problem

hey, i ordered an sotx woven 8 racket, and they were suposed to send me a watch with it. I received it today, after 12 days (was promissed 8 days) with no watch, and a cracked racket frame. Has anyone else experienced problems with ibuysports.com?

i ordered some string from them, took them a while to send it, i think they might have forgot, because after i sent them an email they got it here a day or 2 later by ups.
