I bought an AT-250 from Vietnam and from what I see, it has no shaft code (the one on the bottom of the handle) but it has 280574SP on the cone serial number (the one on the top part of the handle). It also has Made in Taiwan on the bottom of the handle and it looks exactly like a real AT-250 except its in red and silver.

What is the question and how much did you get it for.

I was curious if it is fake and I bought it for US$90.

Post pictures, but most likely it is real. For that racket model it is made in Taiwan. Generally the higher end Yonexs' are made in Japan, lower end are made in china or taiwan.

Let me be the first to say.., wha....? The AT-250 was orginally in green, and then the color scheme was changed to orange. That is also the price you would pay if it was US coded. It should be less if it's from Vietnam, and you might as well point out that it's fake from not having a serial on the shaft. There is no red version.

Well now I look at it in the light, my AT-250 is orange/red. :p
As for the serial number one the shaft, I used a magnifing glass and found it. It was really hard to see since it has a grey background.
