JJ is a Cantonese Cafe. One of the best for late night food. If we go there after all the festivities, Panda want:

+Spanish Coffee
+Diet Coke with Orange Slices
+Spicy Fried Chicken Wings with Jalapenos
+Kung Pao Three Ingredients
+Baked Fish Filet and Cheese over Rice
+French Style Filet Mignon Cubes with Black Pepper Sauce

What you guys going to order?

Pete LSD

SMP will keep it light. Noodle and almond powder drink (if available) will do it.

When is the Panda headed north?

I'll be in SoCal for two weeks in October - 1 week San Diego way and one week within striking distance of Anahiem.

Wolffman can eat stickman Pete under the table - as long as it isn't spicy hot food.

Just got back from dinking with Pete, Silent, and Guava. Yes, it's 6:15am...we had to eat. :D

It was a grand ole time. Let's see, plenty of running, two strings broken and one broken racket, snapped at the shaft. Did I mention there was a lot of running? :p

It was so fun! :D:D:D

Pete has left SoCal. It was a pleasure meeting PeteLSD for the first time (and Silent Heart for the second). Pete must be a good luck charm or brought his secret Canadian mojo because we never once hit any appreciable traffic, it was quite unbelievable.

Thanks to BC for being here so we fellow badminton enthusiasts have a way to communicate with each other! :D

Let me know if this is the draw back for my idea. A electric motor can has fixed max spin speed. So the electric turbo will be a drag at high RPM because it can not compress enough air fast enough. Often time, the motor can spin fast but not powerful enough or powerful but not fast enough.

LA: Absolutely a Mongo City; one feels very tiny.

SGVBC: Words can't describe the feeling. If you want games, there are plenty for all levels of play. It's open 24 hours a day. The folks (at least the ones I met) are very nice and easy going. If you call it run down, it's sort of run down. If you call it a community centre, it "feels" like a community centre but it's not. It's just a very unique place to play good-fun badminton :).

Food in LA: For the money, the portion and quality are up there.

That is if you tension the string for more than 4 hrs. Then you need to go to ER to relase the pressure.:o:p

Dink it, it was good food. I will take you to the uber Sichuan restaurant if you make the trip ;).

We're not trying to KILL the Panda, Pete! :D

Seriously though, that restaurant Pete is talking about makes the hottest food I've ever had (and I've bitten into Malaysian chili padi!). It is some HOT stuff!

Panda's ancestors are originally from Sichuan Province. As a baby pandling, Grandma Panda feed Dinkie Panda hot chili peppers.

So, Dinkie Panda likes hot food. :D
