It is the internet connection. That's why the scores are not updated on the tournament software server. The internet connection at the stadium dropped frequently. I checked with the people there at the stadium.

Mine is vista. Can see the live scores. But just that it has frozen b'cos the stadium internet connection is unreliable. Hence live score cannot get up to the tounament software server. hence we cannot see the updated score.
