Anything worse than 5-0 if a failure for MAS....

But, what's the use of topping the group and losing to DEN in QF? DEN's doubles can steal 2 pts, while their 2nd or 3rd singles could possibly beat WCH and Hafiz.

I told ya...Rexy made a mistake by fielding the top 2 pairs. Now, KOR will be laughing and smiling all the way to the bank.
1. They got wat they want in finishing 3rd.
2. They even beat MAS's no 1 pair with a scratch pair --> morale boosting win in anticipation of tough matches ahead against either DEN or JPN and INA.

It will be a humiliation yet again for MAS if Choong/Lee were to lose this one to Jung/Lee.

With mission accomplished for Team KOR, I bet Jung/Lee will try to win this tie and deliver a blow to MAS MD pairs.

Losing to a pair that beat Koo/Tan in team event before, does it call "humilliating"?

Read tomm newspaper, you'll see.

It's "humiliating" as Pemuda would call them a scratch pairing :D

Shhh, dont mention anymore, he he

Now, they are left to explain the reason why Choong/Lee lost to Jung/Lee....despite KOR fielding a severely weakened team.

Ya loh, <sigh>. More bashing for uncles. Dunno why they havent been in good form for this TC. Yesterday struggle against England, today lost against stratch pair. Sure will be all over the media tomm

Should have switched the pairs around - uncle with TBH. Fuzzy with KKK. That way, more fun & less pressure.

It's not surprising to see Korea's scratch pairing beating Malaysia's no 1 pair at the moment. I predicted that would happen and it did happen.

What was surprising was that Yap Kim Hock and Rexy fell right into Korea's trap by fielding their best lineup, despite knowing from previous experience that even their best doubles lineup will have a chance to be beaten by Korea's few combination pairs.

So, if that's one possibility, why not just refresh the team by fielding 2 new MDs and confuse KOR too. A pity really...

Malaysia beat Korea 4-1. Who will be our opponent in quarter final?

If Danes manage to win over JAP....than its JAP...to meet with MAS in QF
