any opinion???i am interested...help me to correct my title...it was two...not to...=="""
Which match are you refering to? If any matchup and if it goes down the line and HH play the final game and win, technically he is the hero.

Victories over an English junior and a Korean doubles specialist is no yardstick of his current form. So far have not shown any yo yo signs yet. Against:Japan : probably; Denmark : probaly; Korea : probably; Indonesia : unlikely; China : Highly unlikely

Not agree with u. With Kenichi Tago's performance and HH's performance, I think Japan can get one point from MS3.
With Denmark, I think he can manage it.
Korea: Shon Sheung Mo have same problem with HH, IMO.
Indonesia: Hmmm..SS suppose to be can beat HH
China: well, very thin opportunity, but still possible. I saw CJ's performance today. He was not good as usual.
The question is very simple people. Will Hafiz considered a hero if he win when the Match will go down the line. Don't try to downplay or degrade HH here.

God, you're such a homer. The only thing HH and LCW may have in common is LCW's cell phone #
That said, whether HH beats other MS3 players depends on which HH shows up. On his day, I believe he can take Chen Jin (the highest of all MS3 players)

The only time I think Hafiz will be the decider is when we face China heading 2-2 tie won by MS1 and MD2 ... I think Hafiz is very capable to beat Chen Jin in team event if we really get that far. O-mi-tofu!

I think the question should read as...
Can Hafiz deliver the winning point when the score is tied at 2-2?
Against
JAPAN: 65%
KOREA: 60%
DENMARK: 55%
INDONESIA: 40% (with homeground support) :(
CHINA: 40% (with INA support) :D

Frankly speaking, I think Hafiz Hashim is a player with great talent, really.
However, it's his playing attitude that ruin his badminton career, and worse, ruin Malaysia's hope to lift the Thomas Cup since 1992. It's unacceptable to me that a player at Thomas Cup level can make so much unforced errors, so many of them that I was so despised that I shut down the TV even before the game ended.
It's such a shameful performance, really. I'd rather to have the reserve player taking over his role as the 3rd single just now, who knows the youngster might spring surprise?
The only option left for HH, is to retire for good. The same goes to WCH too, awful performance.

I agree with Hafiz having talent part. I mean as a model in the fashion industry, maybe can. As a shuttler, no.

Well Hafix did alot of errors today. Malaysian fans are dissapointed by the lost. Both from Hafiz and KKK/TBH. But at least we gave a fight. Yes it was close. But the INA supporters suffered the most. They have been defeated by Korea. Of course KOREA played much better game today. I do hope they can win the THomas Cup.

I mean for Malaysian 3rd single...what choice do we have...Hafiz, KBH, Lee suan seng, the young Arif Latiff...who should we send?..I don't think even Wong Choon Han can beat Chen Jin...
we just don't have China-class singles other than LCW...
I don't want to blame hafiz so much because even the coach didn't expect him to win anyway..rexy's target was 1 single and two doubles...KKK/TBH was the letdown...
and the second doubles I think the most exciting game of the whole match...it reminds me of KKK/TBH when their first rising in the Asia Game...

Camon, u guys, instead of mentioning all the "oldhands", none of whom we know can progress much further, we shud seriously start exposing the younger generation like arif, TCS,CWF etc AND we must go searching the grassroots level like schools and hopefully we discover another gem like LCW.
I remember one commentary that Morten Frost said he was the one who discovered LCW , then as a scrawny schoolboy in Penang with potential and fought to have him transfered to KL for training. Wish we had more talents like LCW. The current batch of youngsters like Arif and TCS just somehow doesnt give me the confidence that they are the rite players to carry on MAS's challenge after uncles WCH, HH have retired. Maybe KLRC have some undiscovered gems?
george@chongwei
